QFUtool follows up on quotes you’ve already sent. Export them from your quoting tool as Excel or CSV, check in plain words what it’s about to send, and it emails each customer in your name, from your own domain, during working hours — then hands you the ones who reply. It’s built by SNS Solutions for salespeople who chase their own quotes: not a CRM, and not a platform migration.
How it works
- Upload the export as it is. QFUtool identifies columns by what’s in them rather than what they’re called, in English or German.
- Confirm it in plain words — not "column F is the amount" but "we’re about to email Dirk about a €3,450 website redesign quote." Nothing goes out on a misread.
- Send. One email per quote, from your own domain, with the right salesperson’s name on it, personalised with the customer’s name, the amount, what was quoted and the quote number.
Why it sends from your own domain
The message comes from your address, signed by your domain, and replies land in your normal inbox. A follow-up that reads as coming from a mass-mail platform gets ignored or marked as spam at exactly the moment it needs to look like a person checking in.
What stops a sequence
A reply, an unsubscribe, a bounce or a spam complaint cancels every message still queued for that person. Customers who reply are moved to your list to pick up yourself.

- 50 emails a day to start — a new domain earns trust slowly.
- A value ceiling: quotes above it are listed for you to call, not emailed.
